Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) at Springhill
Reach High, Learn Together
Springhill Primary Academy is a fully inclusive mainstream primary school where children with Special Educational Needs/Disabilities are welcomed and supported to fulfil their potential. We are committed to providing high-quality education and believe that all children, including those identified as having special educational needs, have a common entitlement to a broad and balanced curriculum, and to be included in all aspects of school life. We believe that all children have a right to be valued, encouraged, and accepted equally, regardless of their ability, gender, background, or culture.
Springhill Primary Academy has the highest possible expectations for your child and all pupils in their class. We offer provision through adaptive teaching, reasonable adjustments, and targeted support to meet the specific needs of individuals and groups of children. At Springhill Primary Academy, each learning experience is individualised, and we celebrate the fact that every child is unique.
If you have any questions regarding Special Educational needs, concerns about your child or would like more information about our support, please contact our SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator), Miss Tudor on 01543 225620.
